Hi!


My name is Ellie, I am a personal trainer with a purely athletic background. I am a performer so fitness and strength is key to my profession.

I trained for 8 years at the Royal Ballet School and then went on to join CATS the musical and then The Phantom of the Opera, which. Recently closed due to COVID-19.


My main aim as your trainer is to help you achieve exactly what you want, whether it be better overall fitness, toning, flexibility or size. To achieve these I can suggest a range of styles, such as: high intensity training, low impact exercises, endurance training, weight training etc. 

I want you to feel comfortable and able to voice with me what type of exercise you enjoy so you have a bit of fun while getting fitter! You don’t need to dread the sessions, I’ve been there and it doesn’t last long.


As a one on one coach I feel I can maximise your true potential. Each session is built for you, and you only. I want you to feel comfortable to ask questions, tell me you do or don’t like something and if your goals change every week, so do your sessions. I am purely here as your guide to help you excel.

Perfect! Having gone through such intense training when I did ballet 8 hours a day, I truly know how it feels to be exhausted but need to put in the hours to improve your bodies condition. But let’s do it the smart way! You don’t always need to hop on the treadmill and burn your body out to extreme fatigue. Sometimes the simplest conditioning exercises can be the most beneficial. We can discuss key areas you feel are lacking and exactly what your sport requires of your body in order to design your session. Jump higher? Be faster? Less prone to injuries? I’ve got you covered.
